Greener Electricity at an Affordable Price
posted by Tom Phillips 34 weeks ago
Many states are going through energy deregulation, which means consumers can choose their electric supplier. Many suppliers offer lower rates than your utility (which will lower your bill each month). Some provide a higher percentage of their energy from renewable sources, up to 100%, so we can be green! Visit your state's public utility website for suppliers and their renewable content and rates.
I'm in Connecticut and switched to Viridian, offering one of the lowest rates and 20% renewable content (vs 12% state average). CT residents can enroll now at www.Get-Viridian.com
Viridian is expanding to PA Jan 25, 2010 with NY and NJ in March.

Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent

We received a sample of Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent and we were very happy. This is the first eco-friendly laundry detergent I have used that actually works. I used it for whites and colors and my close were clean and smelled great. You can find them online and get coupons/find out where they are sold: http://www.seventhgeneration.com
