This is a great example of forward thinking. Love when communities come together for a greater good.

Eau Claire (WQOW) - Green is becoming a more popular theme when it comes to decorating.

Saturday there was a discussion about eco-friendly decorating at the
L.E. Phillips Public Library. A local interior designer was on hand to
offer tips on flooring, furniture and paint that's healthy for you and
the environment.

"Wallpaper isn't quite as popular as it used to be because it can
affect your health, Asthma. And they're wanting suggestions about what
to do if you don't have wallpaper and there are many different types of
finishes you can achieve with just paint," says Erin O'Brien, Erin
Designs LLC.

Erin says she gets a lot of phone calls about going green. She says it
may require a little more research, but it's worth it in the end.
